- Shipping Policy-

Orders placed before 1pm GMT EST Monday - Friday for items in stock we will ship the same day, upon order verification (barring system failure, etc.). For orders placed on Fridays after 1pm GMT EST and on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday or next non-holiday business day. For delivery in the USA, freight is based on product weight and dimension. Handling extra.

UPS Next Day Air - (U.S. Destinations ONLY)
UPS 2nd Day Air - (U.S. Destinations ONLY)
UPS 3 Day Select - (U.S. Destinations ONLY)
Worldwide Express - (Non-US Fast as Possible)
Worldwide Expedited - (Most Non-U.S. Destinations, saves money over Express)
UPS Canada Ground Standard - (Canada ONLY)
USPS service for APO/FPO - (MILITARY OVERSEAS ADDRESSES ONLY)
** NOTE: Some rural areas may require extended delivery times

** NOTE ON SATURDAY DELIVERY ** - Saturday Delivery is not available for orders placed online through our website. If you require Saturday delivery you must call us to place your order before 1pm EST on Friday. UPS Next Day Air is the only method with a Saturday delivery option. The United Parcel Service charges an additional charge of $10.00 USD for Saturday delivery requests which will be added to your order total when your order is processed. If you place an order on Friday before 1pm EST to be shipped UPS Next Day Air it will NOT arrive on Saturday unless you place your order by telephone and request "Saturday Delivery".

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to insurance and liability constraints.


- Payment Options -

Payment by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards accepted without surcharge. No personal checks. If you have a business order and wish to pay by company check please contact us at Service@ESS-NJ.com Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. orders, we are not accepting this method of payment. We are taking this step to maintain our ability to offer our customers the most competitive prices available.


- Return Policy -

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 15 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you need to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer’s return policy). If you have opened the product and/or broken any factory seals, and if it is deemed returnable, you may return it for credit or exchange within 15 days. Sale items and Items that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

All requests for an RA must describe the reason for the return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Once you have been issued an RA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days. All RA numbers must appear on the shipping labels.

** Special Orders and Sale Items cannot be returned for refund. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Prices and product availability subject to change without notice. All specials and promotions limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotion products. We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, loss of data or for any loss, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect (including, without limitation, Year 2000 non-compliance in any software or hardware). We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Other restrictions may apply.

- Knife Sales Policy -

VERY SIMPLY: You MUST be over 21 years of age to purchase knives from any of ESS L.L.C.'s web sites. While this policy is almost impossible for us to enforce we fully expect that anyone purchasing a knife or like product from us to comply with this policy. Anyone purchasing a knife or like product from us MUST comply with all local, State and Federal laws pertaining to their purchase or possession of such products. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to understand these laws and how these laws may effect them. If you do not know what the knife laws are for your area you are responsible for finding out before a purchase of these products is made.
